[I]n case you missed it, last week SoHo Taco’s catering division received one of the best reviews we could ever hope for from the OC Weekly! [RELATED: Please CLICK HERE to view the review on OC Weekly] Noted and widely respected food critic Dave Lieberman wrote a piece in the “Stick A Fork In It” section of the publication detailing his recent experience with one of our taco catering carts which he hired for his lovely daughter’s birthday party last month. Needless to say, it was an utter success! There was a slight snag trying to get the cart passed an obstacle on the way to the backyard, but that was easily overcome and the rest went “perfectly”. Here’s just a small portion of his write up: We had a couple of genuinely awesome guys serving the tacos, who were good with the kids and quick on the draw with the tacos. Everything tasted just as good as it always does, and when I went around letting people know it was last call for tacos, there was a sudden and familiar line in the backyard. As they served the last person, they ran out of food. Perfect.
