In fact we provided gourmet taco catering for one such occasion in the Rolling Hills Estates of the Palos Verdes Peninsula area and received incredible feedback. For this romantic occasion, we brought out our super deluxe Premier Package and then we raised it to another level with our fresh handmade tortillas. So, how did it go? Absolutely ‘memorable’ according to Ana Rosa Z from the City of Orange. Here’s just a portion of what she said: I followed my nose to the enticing aroma of mixed veggies being grilled with garlic butter … this Taco Cart had to be the Rolls Royce of the Taco Catering World!
The staff was very friendly and extremely professional, these gentlemen were knowledgeable about the ingredients they were serving. Juan and Javier were the servers and they had the cooking down to a science, communicating with each other. Now the food, I ask Javier what he recommended. He immediately suggested the shrimp and the veggie Taco, I ask him why? He said with a smile they both have a spectacular flavor and very light so you can dance later on tonight… Perfect, a symphony of flavors just the way a taco should be.
