Making Fresh, Crisp Tostaditas For Today’s Appetizers

Mexican donuts? Nope. Those are the tortillas with the centers punched out in order to make our own fresh, crisp tostaditas for the appetizers headed out to Los Angeles today. We take the little disks and deep fry them in the kitchen ourselves so that delicacies like our Tostadita de Salmón Ahumado not only taste great, but also have a fantastic texture for its base.
