We’re always looking for ways to help make your Mondays more palatable and hopefully this dynamic duo will do the trick.  May’s monthly special, the calamari taco, is an absolute culinary delight when paired up with our shrimp taco.  Try them both at today’s truck stop!

Once again from 11A to 2P we will be proudly grilling up our finest tacos for you at the Von Karman airport tower (18881 Von Karman Ave, Irvine, CA).

At this location we will be featuring our classic array of tasty handheld delights, but if we could highlight a couple it would be the seafood combo you see above.  Why? Because, in less than a couple of weeks you won’t be able to!

Just like with all of our monthly specials, the delectable calamari taco won’t be around after the 31st of May.  So, let’s savor every moment while it’s still on the menu!

Gourmet taco cart catering last month for a special event in Newport Beach.

Technically, high season for gourmet taco catering doesn’t peak for a couple of months.  But, already we’ve been the busiest we have ever been.  And, fortunately the positive feedback is still rolling in!
