Happy Groundhog Day, everyone!

According to legend, if Punxsatawney Phil sees his shadow today, gets all freaked out and then goes back into hiding within his borough, then we’re all in for several weeks more of winter.  Ugh.

Rest assured regardless of the outcome Soho Taco has absolutely no intentions of serving up Tacos de Marmota (or “Groundhog Tacos”) at any of our taco catering events any time soon.  Ew.

So, don’t worry Phil.  Feel free to freak yourself out as much as you want.  You’re safe around us!

UPDATE:  Woo hoo!!  It looks like Phil didn’t get freaked out by his shadow … spring is around the corner!
