Last weekend, during Mother’s Day Sunday we had the privilege of providing our gourmet taco catering services at the beautiful seaside community of Monarch Beach in Orange County.  The next day we sooooo wanted to share with you what a great time we had and share with you a shot of our veggies getting grilled up.  Then all of the sudden our website servers were suffering from (shall we say?) performance anxiety.

Tech support gave us an endless barrage of excuses for their flaccid equipment, such us “This is the first time this has ever happened.”  And, the classic, “It’s under a lot of stress” (which it really was actually).  Well ….  whatevs.

All that matters is that we’re back!  Woo hoo!! 

Our servers are once again at peak performance and ready to satisfy all our customers.  And, what better way to commemorate the occasion than with a rather well-endowed mound of veggies getting grilled up for our signature veggie taco?!
