For many of us Memorial Day is a day for barbecues and grilling.  And, what better way to commemorate our decorated veterans than to chow down on our decorated quesadilla?

Later today Soho Taco has the honor of firing up our gourmet taco catering cart for a family event in the beautiful community of Portola Hills, where one of the menu items will be our highly acclaimed and fully customizable quesadilla.

That’s right, just like the many liberties fought for by our vets today’s guests will have the freedom to create their very own delicacy, like the one you see in the picture above made with chicken and grilled veggies.  And, given the stellar reviews we’ve received for this item in  the past, we’re pretty sure everyone will finish off the day equally as stuffed.
