Thanks to the 3 day Memorial Day weekend we just had you’re probably wondering if its Wednesday or Thursday.  Here’s a hint: it rhymes with “Thursday”.

It’s funny, last night at one of Soho Taco’s gourmet taco catering events in Orange County, there were a number of moments where we’d be in mid-conversation saying “Wait, is today Wednesday or Tuesday?”  So, trust us, if you’re a little thrown off by this wacky week, you’re not alone.

Meanwhile, we’re gearing up for another busy week which already started last night!  Boy, people in Southern California really love to party this time of year – and, we LOVE it!
