After a short week of being slightly discombobulated trying to figure out what day was what thanks to the Memorial Day holiday last weekend, we here at Soho Taco Gourmet Taco Catering have the distinct pleasure of informing you that yes it really is Friday. Woo hoo! And, it appears everyone is in the partying mood too because we have five taco catering events today, including a HUGE anniversary party in Long Beach, CA.
