Summer is in full force here in Southern California, but given the relatively mild temperatures & sunny skies lately you probably couldn’t tell this day from any other time of the year.
So, we here at Soho Taco would like to offer you this ‘season’ instead: the one that we sprinkle on our carne asada at our taco catering events.
First we start with a grill as hot as a summer in the desert. Then, Just like winter rain we sprinkle the seasoning on our beef in generous amounts. Soon thereafter the autumn-like colors not only add eye-popping hues but they also provide another dimension of flavor. And, finally the seasoning helps to lock in the moisture on the inside of the delicacy like a misty spring morning .
See? What did we tell you? Who said there are no seasons in Southern California?!
