We here at Soho Taco Gourmet Taco Catering are soooooo excited! After several months of shopping around and endless negotiating, we finally settled on the ideal lonchera! A few of us have an appointment later today to do some final inspections and finish off paperwork, but it’s pretty much a done deal. And, if all goes well? We should be on the road by this fall. Woo hoo!! (Don’t quote us on that … ok, what the hell, go ahead!!) Yeah, yeah … we know what you’re saying, “About DAMN time!” But, hey, we want to do this right. So, a BIG FAT HUGE thank you goes out to all our fans, friends & family for being so patient for so long. And, trust us it will be worth the wait! In the meantime, expect more pictures and videos of our new baby in the near future!!
