Isn’t she a beauty?!

Yesterday, a few of us met up with one of the most popular lunch truck guys in Orange County and one of our best friends, Albert of Alebrije’s Grill, who happened to have an extra lunch truck just lying around.  So, we passed by the location where he was storing it to check it out and we simply fell in love with it!

Sure, she may look like a cotton candy Bubblicious on wheels right now, but we already have plans to give her a complete over, do a nip here and then do a tuck there.  Soon, she’ll fit right in with the look and feel of the Soho Taco brand that we’re looking for.

We’ve been told that she’s already fully equipped to provide service in both Los Angeles and Orange County, so that’ll make the pesky paperwork a bit easier.  (Cue: huge collective sigh of relief)

We definitely want to thank Albert for the hookup.  By the way, if you haven’t already tried his Taco Acorazado (or “Battleship Taco”) yet we HIGHLY recommend it!

Meanwhile, although she may be quite the looker we also know there’s still A LOT of work ahead of us before we hit the road.  Wish us luck!
