Even before an order is placed or a drop of salsa gets drizzled onto a taco, we know our guests are already eating – with their eyes.

One of the best parts during one of our taco cart catering service is the look of anticipation one usually gets when they step of to the grill.  At that moment most of the senses have already been tantalized: the sight of the colorful food, the sound of the sizzling ingredients, the feel of the heat from the grill, the exquisite smell of what’s to come. 

Now, even though the sense of taste from a bite into one of our gourmet tacos has yet to be fulfilled, we here at Soho Taco are fully aware that the eating has already begun!

So, we make sure the grill is super clean, the food is colorful and the presentation spectacular.  Hopefully with all this hard work at our events we’ll never let a single pair eyes go anorexic! 😉
