Yesterday Soho Taco had the privilege of providing another lunchtime performance of our gourmet taco cart catering skillz to Costa Mesa for renowned columnist Gustavo Arellano and the OC Weekly’s editorial staff! Click above to check out our pix on Facebook!! Last year we had the honor of feeding the fine folks over at the Orange County publication a couple of times to plenty of great feedback. This time around we wanted to make this occasion extra special with tortillas hechas a mano (“handmade tortillas”) made on site, we brought some pickled onions & queso anejo for the fixings and we also treated everyone to some of the best shrimp/beef/chicken/veggie tacos in SoCal!
