We have been very fortunate to be getting so much positive feedback for our wildly popular carne asada taco – but, it has little to do with our good looking cooks. (Ok, maybe just a little.)
We here at Soho Taco headquarters are proud to say that we only use a rib eye chuck roll cut that’s “Certified Angus Beef” at our taco cart catering events, just like at the Los Angeles event you see above. What’s the difference? Well, according to the official site there are at least 10 quality specifications that must be met before you can have that certification.
On top of that, we dry age the beef ourselves for at least 3 weeks to help maximize the flavor and ensure tenderness. Then, finally we season it to perfection before carefully grilling it on site.
So, yup. A lot of work goes into our exquisite hand held meals before they even hit your plate. Now, aren’t you special? Of course you are! 😉
