Today’s temperatures here in Orange County might be in the upper 70’s, but don’t let that fool you.  Cooler autumn days are headed our way!

Happy Monday, everyone.  Hopefully the only type of blues this day brings you will be in the beautiful picture we took above while taco catering an event earlier this month.  Don’t you love how the sky came out? 

Well, according to the latest weather reports it seems that’s exactly what we’re headed for in the next few days: cooler, bluer skies.

And, we here at Soho Taco headquarters loooooove this time of year.  There’s nothing like the smell of a hot taco cart catering grill blanketed by a crisp, azure sunset in Southern California.  Aaaahhhh.
