What better way to kick off a wedding weekend & Mexican Independence Day than with gourmet taco catering and an awesome mariachi band! Last night one of Soho Taco’s taco catering carts made its way into the exclusive Orange County enclave of Coto de Caza to help a wonderful couple welcome out of town guests to their nuptial weekend. And, since today is also el Grito de Dolores, they also decided to add the sweet sounds of a mariachi band to enhance the ambiance.
