Soho Taco is proud to use only the freshest cuts of fish for our gourmet taco catering events, just like the ones you see grilling above during an event we did last weekend in Los Angeles. Additionally, we take extra precaution to season it perfectly and then to grill them in a fashion that assures the juiciest morsel for every guest.
Why do we do this? To make sure each customer has the best possible grilled mahi mahi in their gourmet tacos. And, also to make sure we don’t have to send out any meaningless, half-hearted apology emails on a late Sunday evening.
