Psssst.  Come closer.  Wanna hear a little secret?  Ok, ready?  Here you go: not all Mexicans look like Speedy Gonzalez.  Yes, it’s true!

We here at Soho Taco Gourmet Taco Catering & Gourmet Food Truck aren’t sure why, but for some reason a lot of the great South of the Border eateries tend to have that guy wearing that satellite dish for a hat and that Magnum P.I. ‘stache.  In fact, sometimes he’s even sleeping up against a cactus –  ouch!

Anyway, we wanted our gourmet food truck to sport something a bit more modern, clean and simple so that our food can speak for itself – not some stereotypical mascot.  So, we asked one of Orange County’s premier graphic designers Jose Ramirez to come up with the creation above that we all absolutely fell in love with.

We hope you like it, too, because it’s the final design we’re working with.  Pretty exciting, huh?  And, trust us: our tacos will be just as delicious without the clichés.
