“I’ve been waiting to make this all week!”

Last weekend at one of Soho Taco’s gourmet taco catering events in Orange County one guest was so excited to hear that we were coming to her friend’s birthday party.  Why? Because she already had in mind what she wanted – a week in advance. 

“I followed you guys on Facebook and I saw the pictures,” she told us during the event.  “Since then I’ve been dying to make my own nachos!”

So, she asked the guys to top off a serving of our freshly made chips with some grilled shrimp & veggies.  And, as an added bonus, she wanted little squirt of chipotle sour cream on the side.

”Oh man this is gonna be good!” she said leaving the cart.  And, she reported back saying that it was!

Nachos really aren’t on our official menu.  But, if you find yourself at one of our gourmet taco cart catering events in front of a bowl of our golden chips, don’t hesitate to ask the guys about making your own custom-made masterpiece.
