 Soho Taco's gourmet food truck roaming Orange County last weekend. The diagnosis? A faulty fuel pump. 🙁 Dr. Mechanic tells us that she’s expected to fully recover later today, but nowhere near in time to make it for SoCo Collection’s Friday Night Foodie event – hence the cancellation. So, we here at Soho Taco would like to apologize to our customers, our potential catering clients and the event organizers for backing out of this evening’s scheduled stop. Trust us, we’re super bummed ourselves! The upside to all this is that she’ll have a shiny new body part and that she’ll be as good as new by tomorrow. Which means she will definitely be there for the next Friday Night Foodies event during (what else?) BLACK FRIDAY!
