 [W]e have a HUGE week ahead of us and it looks like we’re off to a great start with sparkly clean taco catering vans and a shiny food truck! If you’re in Orange County, Los Angeles and anywhere else here in Southern California, you know that Mother Nature just doused the Southland with a quick cleanse last night, providing everyone with free car washes. Woo hoo! Now all we have to do is wipe down our vehicles and we’re ready for this week’s events, including several taco catering ones this weekend.
