 of 2011 at the OC Fair & Events Center of Costa Mesa, CA. Yesterday evening SoHo Taco’s gourmet food truck had the pleasure of taking part in the very last Wednesday night food truck round up at the OC Fair & Events Center for the year. Check out our pictures! 
Sure, our credit card system was on the fritz so we were in “cash mode” all night long (darn you Verizon!!!!), but what truly made the night spectacular were the customers, the venue, the DJ and the food trucks. OMG, the food trucks! If our gourmet food truck was into polygamy, The Burnt Truck & Piaggio on Wheels would be our spouses. GOD their food is soooo good … but their crew is even better! Thanks for everything, guys/gals! Anyway, we had a wonderful time and we look to coming back to the OC Fairgrounds next year. And, by “next year” we mean “next Wednesday“. 😉 See you then!
