Firstly, we should say that we had yet another spectacular evening yesterday at the OC Fair & Event Center’s weekly gourmet food truck rally.  Check out our pix!

There were definitely some extremely popular, extremely talented culinary artists & celebrity food trucks during the roundup.

But, the stars of the show for us was that roving group of starving young gentlemen who, after multiple stops at our truck, declared our tacos to be … what for it …. wait for it……

“TACOMOUTHGASMIC”

All we can say is, well, we couldn’t have said it better ourselves. 😉

Of course we’re totally grateful to everyone who came out to visit us last night, but we especially would like to thank Carlos, Double Royal Rainbow, Tacomouthgasm, Hot Rocket, and Cletas for the latest entry into our taco dictionary.
