[I]t’s time to party!!

SoHo Taco has the immense pleasure of helping our buddy Joey celebrate the 6th anniversary of his wildly popular Proof Bar tonight in the epicenter of the Santa Ana Artists Village!

Our wonderful history with Proof Bar goes waaaay back.  When we were first trying to promote our gourmet taco cart catering service, Joey was gracious enough to let us set up in the back of his property a couple of times to help get the word out.

Also, Hazel over at Yelp OC was also super nice to let us partake in one of her extremely successful Yelp Elite events which took place at this highly acclaimed watering hole back in October of 2010.

And, now we’re set to make another return, but this time as a gourmet food truck!  Given our past successes at this location, we’re pretty sure this evening will be just as spectacular.

As a side note, we just had an exhilarating night at The Park @ Irvine Spectrum and it looks like the momentum is definitely going to continue.  Check out our pix below:

According to the Facebook Invite, you must RSVP in order to enter the festivities.  However, our gourmet food truck will be parked outside with free public access readily available throughout the night.

As for parking, it can be pretty tricky during peak hours and be sure to observe all meter laws.  So, allow for some extra time and you’ll be sure to find plenty of spaces in the vicinity.

Meanwhile, we here at headquarters are amped and super-excited about tonight!  We hope you’ll join us and let’s help make this a night Joey won’t soon forget – in a good way.  LOL!  See you there!
