 before the crowds arrived yesterday (Sunday) for the annual Spring Fling celebration at The Club @ Rancho Niguel in Laguna Niguel, CA. Yesterday, SoHo Taco had the great honor and the privilege of being a selected vendor to help feed 600+ attendees of The Club @ Rancho Niguel‘s annual spring fling celebration. Check out our pix!  Although we’ve brought our gourmet taco catering carts to this location before, this is the first time we had to service so many people there – which was no problem! In order to help handle the crowds and make sure everything ran smoothly, we sent four of our best guys to Laguna Niguel, they brought all the necessary equipment and set up the serving tables in the most optimal fashion. The results? The initial responses from the guests were nothing less than spectacular. Lot’s of compliments from everyone all around for our food and our speedy service.
