Last Saturday, on an absolutely perfect June afternoon in Southern California, SoHo Taco had the immense pleasure of taco cart catering for an undeniably romantic wedding reception under Mother Nature’s natural cathedral at the Oak Canyon Nature Center in the City of Anaheim.

Seriously, the weather couldn’t have been more perfect for an outdoor ceremony last weekend! It wasn’t too hot, too cold, too windy, etc. It was absolutely perfect!

So, we had no problems setting up our taco catering cart in the middle of a trail (sorry hikers!), grilling up our finest gourmet tacos and feeding the hungry guests. Sure you may see a line in the lead picture, but it moved quickly. It really does help to have the best crew on hand!

We’d like to congratulate the bride and the groom on the start of the next exciting chapter in their lives. And, we’d also like to thank them for letting SoHo Taco be a part of their special day!
