In case you haven’t heard yet, we here at SoHo Taco opened up a Ustream.com channel, which you can find here:

Essentially, Ustream allows anyone with a mobile phone video cam to stream live onto the web anything that occurs as it happens in real time.  In turn, viewers can watch the video from Ustream.com or from their mobile devices. And, lately we’ve been experimenting with it at our last couple of stops, like we did yesterday during our Trucks @ Park Place stop in the City of Irvine.

In fact, here’s an archived video of our time there:

Ok, ok we admit … nothing tooo exciting is happening in that particular video, which just shows us setting up for lunch service moments before the crowds arrived. But, who knows?  Maybe some of you out there is into that kind of thing. 😉

Anyway, we do plan on tinkering with it some more.  Hopefully we’ll be able to adjust the quality of the video, bring more exciting content and give you a better peek into our delicious world.
