 Gourmet shrimp taco ready for the taking last night during ‘Picnic At The Plaza’ in Los Alamitos, CA. Last night Soho Taco had the pleasure of inaugurating our gourmet food truck‘s presence at the super-popular weekly roundup in Los Alamitos called (what else?) “Picnic At The Plaza“. Located mere moments away from the Los Alamitos racetrack, this festive gathering quickly filled with hungry locals eager to try the best in mobile food fare. We had a great turn out and we simply loved our customers and our gourmet food truck buddies! In the meantime, over the next several days our catering schedule is ultra-packed due to the peak summer season. So, our food truck won’t be back out in the public until next week in Laguna Niguel.
