Grilling up some of our very best last Friday night for
a couple of customers at the Norman P Murray
Community Center in Mission Viejo, CA.

 

[G]rilling during a heatwave can be as challenging as Posh Spice trying to smile during closing ceremonies.  But, that doesn’t mean we never have moments of delicious beauty!Last Friday SoHo Taco had the great pleasure of providing our gourmet taco cart catering service for a gorgeous engagement party at the eye-popping Norman P Murray Community Center in Mission Viejo, CA.

Despite the above average temperatures, we managed to successfully grill and serve some of our very best for the friends and family of a the newly engaged couple under clear skies and a picturesque setting.

This well-appointed venue just went through some massive upgrades and the it clearly shows. It absolutely served as a ideal backdrop as the patio area played the perfect stage as loved ones stepped up to the mic one by one and recounted their tales (good & bad!) about the lovely couple.

We definitely want to thank everyone involved for letting SoHo Taco be a part of the joyous occasion.  It was definitely great to see that everyone had such a good time – despite the heat!  See you all again very soon.
