[A]bsolutely astounding … Christmas may be weeks away but for SoHo Taco, the presents are arriving early!

Yesterday, Farley Elliot of SeriousEats.com, one of the most read and highly-respected food blogs in the country (dare we say, the WORLD?!), logged an incredibly glowing review for the tacos he had on our truck earlier this month.

In case you’re not familiar with the website, SeriousEats.com is a wildly popular food blog that focuses on celebrating and sharing culinary enthusiasm through blogs and a vibrant online community. Created by food critic and author Ed Levine, the site is well-known for bringing together food bloggers from around the world and enjoys a HUGE worldwide audience.

Elliot happens to be one of their freelance writers based in Los Angeles and one of the biggest taco enthusiasts we’ve ever met! The great thing about him is his honesty.  If he doesn’t like something he’s known for being, well, eloquently blunt.  Just glance at the titles of his most recent articles and you’ll see what we mean!

Fortunately for us, he was definitely more enthusiastic for our cuisine, even naming our food “phenomenal fancypants tacos less than an hour south of Los Angeles”.  LOL!! How cool is that?!
