Once a month we ask our team members to cast a vote for the individual they feel is worthy of this title and Rica came out on top with flying colors. Check out Rica at his finest yesterday during our food truck stop at Park Place in the City of Irvine:  More often than not you’ll catch Rica performing as his very best on our food truck grill during any of our regularly scheduled stops. Or, you might even find him grilling up some mouth-watering gourmet tacos at a wedding, corporate function or film location shoot.
