We take juicy strips of calamari steaks and grill it to juicy, smokey perfection. Then, we lovingly envelop it with a flavor enhancing combination of cabbage, cheese and sour cream and then rest it all on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla. Serving it up last night for the first time at the Santa Ana Art Walk we were showered to rave reviews. And, we’re doing it again at our Rancho Days Fiesta stop in Lake Forest.
