Last Saturday night in Fullerton CA SoHo Taco had the privilege of taco catering the SoCal Divers fundraiser event with our food truck.  The non-profit organization held its money-raising diving show at Fullerton College and SoHo Taco was on hand to help feed the hungry spectators.

On this occasion, the food truck menu was simplified to help accommodate the number of guests and to help make keeping track of funds easier.  However, even though choices were limited to only chicken and steak, the selections were still quite delicious!

Families were able to order any combination of tacos and even had the choice of getting a quesadilla for the kids.  Morever, every meal was rounded out with our savory tortilla chips.  And, of course, everyone had the opportunity to top off their meals with our exquisite salsas.

It really was a pleasure serving everyone that night.  And, we not only hope that everyone enjoyed their meals but that SoCal Divers raised lots of funds!!
