It’s never too late to celebrate the winter holidays!

Last Sunday SoHo Taco had the great pleasure of helping the premier salon of Orange County, Sweet 1017 Hairdressing, celebrate their second annual Christmas party in Los Alamitos CA.  Since December and the surrounding months usually means a super busy schedule for them, celebrating the season during the less hectic month of June just makes more sense – and we couldn’t agree more!

For this special occasion we brought savory carne asada and pollo asado tacos, which were served on fresh hand-pressed tortillas.  Then, we accompanied them with our fluffy Spanish rice, creamy frijoles and crispy tortillas chips.

Incidentally, this is the second time we served many in this wonderful gathering.  We did wedding reception catering for a couple in their group last year in Lakewood CA and the feedback was so tremendous they asked us back.  Soooo awesome!

Well, it was not only an honor to be selected for this company party last weekend, but it was also an enormous privilege to be serving many of them again for the second time.
