The SoHo Taco express with mouth-watering service direct to your palate departs any minute now … ALL ABOARD!Last week we really did enjoy ourselves providing excellent taco catering for a wonderful birthday party at the Irvine Park Railroad in the City of Orange.  As we grilled up our finest for the hungry party-goers we were surrounded by the nostalgic whistles, chugging and excitement brought upon by the OC locomotive.

The event took place in the exclusive Locomotive Loop area of the park directly behind the train station and in the epicenter of all the fun.  Essentially, we had a prime section of the area closed off just for the celebrant.  And, it really was pretty cool watching the train zoom by as we were grilling!

On this occasion, we served up our savory carne asada, flavorful pollo asado and delectable carnitas.  As usual, we also accompanied our tacos with freshly made salsas, condiments and tortillas chips.
