Happy Monday, everyone.  We hope your weekend was filled with love, joy and terrific food.  We had the fortune of having all three during a terrific celebration at a hidden Orange County gem.

Last Saturday we had the great honor of providing our gourmet taco cart catering service for a vibrant wedding at the Red Horse Barn in Huntington Beach CA.  Driving around the surface streets of this beach town you wouldn’t know this place existed.  But, once you find it it’s like you’ve been transported to a far off place in the countryside.

Surrounded by a well kept equestrian center, this location boasts a perimeter of lush tall trees, a spacious dance floor area and a charming gazebo as its centerpiece.

We set up our cart on one side of the dance floor and an extra table for condiments and salsas.  And, once guests got the green light we anticipated a huge rush because we knew they would be hungry!

For this occasion, we brought out three of our signature tacos: carne asada, pollo asado & carnitas.  All of them were served on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla.  Then, guests were welcome to garnish their own creations at the salsa/condiment bar off to the side.

Throughout the evening we received astounding feedback as guests frequently returned to the cart to offer wonderful compliments.  And, that’s always a good sign!

We truly had a fantastic time and are absolutely honored to have been selected by the bride and groom to help celebrate their special day.  We would like to thank the coordinators for the opportunity to be of service and hope to see everyone again soon.
