  Happy Labor Day! And, what better way to celebrate our nation’s workforce than to introduce to you one of our our best laborers? SoHo Taco is proud to present to you Fernando, our employee of the month for September. Periodically we poll everyone in the company and ask them who they feel best exemplifies outstanding work ethic and teamwork. And, this gentleman easily garnered the most votes. Fernando has been with us less than a year and already he’s shown exceptional skills for matters on both sides of the grill. Behind it, he’s a master cook, keeps his area clean and knows how to handle the ingredients wonderfully. In front of it, he’s super friendly with guests and knowledgeable with inquiries.
