September couldn’t be a better time to be in the desert, especially for a wonderful poolside wedding! It’s not too hot, not too cold, the weather is just right and absolutely picture perfect. Last Saturday we had the pleasure of returning to the deserts of Palm Springs and enjoying this picturesque climate for a poolside wedding at the Ace Hotel. On that evening Mother Nature’s presentation could not have been more ideal, just like the wedding guests! For this lovely event, the family brought on a few food trucks to feed the hungry wedding goers and we were one of the select few. Such an honor! So, once dinnertime rolled around, we grilled up some of our finest gourmet tacos on handmade tortillas and accompanied them with our freshly-made salsas and condiments. And, to round out the meal we offered our creamy beans and fluffy rice. It was truly a fantastic evening!
