It’s the first Tuesday of December and here in Southern California the sun is doing it’s very best to make an appearance.  In the meantime, we hope this wonderful cascade of colors will help infuse a hint of sunshine into your partly cloudy day.

Our signature veggie tacos is simply bursting with electric reds, vibrant yellows, lush greens and so much more.  Just watching our crew grill up a batch is like paying homage to the sun’s bounty.

Today our truck isn’t out on the streets at this time and our carts are busy with private functions.  Nonetheless, we certainly look forward to serving this splash of color to you real soon.
