One of the best ways to get the appetite going is to serve up a good, well, appetizer. And, one of the most popular items on our catering menu is our exquisite ceviche.

We take fresh-caught red snapper and marinade it in our special blend of fruit juices, herbs and spices. Then, we serve it up on one of our freshly-made tortilla chips.  So good!

It’s absolutely one of the best ways to kick off a taco catering event and one of our favorite aperitivos.
