Happy Friday!  The weekend is here and we’re getting ready for a rather busy Easter break.  But, before the craziness starts, we wanted to showcase for you some of the fine appetizers we served the other day at birthday party in beautiful Laguna Beach CA.In addition to our signature taco catering service, for this special occasion we prepared some of our finest family of appetizers we have ever served.  Here on this blog posting we have pictures and descriptions of these tantalizing delicacies.

Mini Bean & Cheese Burritos – appetizer portioned burritos stuffed with freshly made beans and savory cheese.

Tostaditas de Saumon Humado – Savory smoked salmon and lemony cream cheese on a house-made tostada chip.

Essentially, all these mouth-watering delights were served up during the first hour of service.  Then, we fired up our grill and dazzled palates with our critically-acclaimed tacos.

Suffice it to say it was a success!

All the feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive.  We feel absolutely blessed to have had the opportunity to serve up our chef-made delicacies and it’s good to know everyone enjoyed them!
