This evening our food truck returns to Costa Mesa, but first let us tell you a little bit about this month’s taco special that we will be serving there.

One of the principal flavor components of our May Special Chilorio Taco are traditional guajillo chilis, which make up a large part of the rich adobo sauce used to simmer the pork.

Widely used in Mexican cuisine, this mild pepper imparts wonderful berry and tea-like flavors into the salsa making for a colorful and delectable protein. Wrap it up in a freshly-pressed tortilla and be prepared to be dazzled.

Tonight 5:30P to 9:00P we will be at OC Fair and Event Center (88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa CA) and we’ll be sure to have plenty of this fantastic taco just so you can taste the deep, intense flavors.  Parking at tonight’s stop is always plentiful and complimentary.  A plethora of tables and chairs will be available for your dining pleasure.  And, there’s never an admission charge for food truck night.
