Happy Monday everyone! We certainly hope your weekend was just as exhilarating as ours. One of our true highlights was not only a lot of fun but also for a very good cause.

Last Saturday night we had the honor of catering at the Lyon Air Museum as part of the 2014 OC Food & Wine Festival. Several top-notch eateries, caterers and vendors showed off their delicious masterpieces as a plethora of wine, beer and spirits purveyors tantalized palates with their refreshments. And, all of the festivities benefited several local charities, including Children’s Hospital of Orange County (or “CHOC”).

On this occasion we not only made new friends but we also met up with regular food truck customers and previous taco catering guests. It was certainly an honor to have run into them again!

In the end, our crew had an incredible time, one we won’t soon forget. We would like to thank the organizers for providing us with this wonderful opportunity. And, we look forward to serving everyone again soon.
