| It’s Saturday and our kitchen is already buzzing with serious activity. And, of course, we’re preparing more than just our fine line of gourmet tacos, we’ve got this terrific selection of appetizers for one of our events, too.
What you’re looking at is (from left to right) our espadas de camarones, tostaditas de chorizo & rebanadas de uvas. The shrimp is already skewered, the chorizo is ready to be grilled and the rebanadas are nicely toasted. These beauties and much more are headed out to San Clemente for tonight’s wedding and we cannot wait to serve them.
