Taco Catering A Holland Ranch Wedding In San Luis Obispo CA

One of the great privileges that we have at SOHO TACO is the opportunity to visit breathtaking venues that we wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to see.  And, last weekend was no exception.

Last Saturday we had the honor of providing our signature gourmet taco catering for a stunning wedding at the gorgeous Holland Ranch in San Luis Obispo CA.  With an outdoor barnyard setting surrounded by sweeping mountain views, this wine country venue is unlike any other we have seen.  Check out our images from that astounding day:

We kicked off the festivities with these succulent grilled shrimp & veggie skewer appetizers.

To help quench thirsts we offered a terrific line up of aguas frescas like this freshly prepared ice cold horchata.

Fresh cut tangy limes were one of the many condiment offerings guests had to create their own taco masterpiece.

Like jewels in the sunset our heirloom tomato pico de gallo salsa was a shimmering success.

Given the feedback we received that night, the evening was a resounding success!  So many wonderful compliments all around.

We truly had a great time and it was an absolute honor to dazzle taste buds in the Central Coast.  Thanks for selecting SOHO TACO and we look forward to serving everyone again soon.
