| It’s Saturday and our calendar is completely booked with weddings and specials events. One of the appetizers headed straight for Palm Springs is our exquisite Tostadita de Chorizo appetizer.
This item might be small in size, but it’s definitely huge in flavor! We grill traditional Mexican sausage until we get fine morsels of concentrated flavor. Then, we serve it with a sprinkle of cheese, creamy guac and peppery micro greens all on a fresh made tostadita.
