One of the key garnishes for our barbacoa de res is a generous sprinkling of flavor-packed, bright red salsa de pipián. Our version of this delectable traditional condiment is made with toasted chile de arbol, farm fresh tomatoes, roasted sesame seeds and our special blend of herbs of spices. We just made a good-sized batch for tonight’s stop at Irvine Lanes as you can see here and it’s ready to be blended into a smooth sauce. Lots of love goes into this taco and we certainly hope everyone enjoys it!
