|Tacolandia 2015 isn’t for a few months but we already have your taste buds on our mind! Chef Javier was hard at work in the kitchen earlier to test out a few tacos for the epic food fest and we just might have a winner: grilled chilean seabass served on a squid ink tortilla topped with an heirloom tomato pico de gallo and a Mexican curtido. It’s not only light and refreshing, but the flavor combination and textures are absolutely fantastic. Perfect for a hot summer festival!
