It’s a new month and it’s time to introduce our latest monthly special: #CamaronesFuego We have the great pleasure of serving it today in the City of Aliso Viejo and we hope we have the opportunity to serve it to you soon.
As for the main ingredients, this instant classic features spicy grilled shrimp wild caught from the blue waters of Mexico. It’s sauteed on the grill with a little bit white wine and a spicy salsa de ajo coating that we whipped up in kitchen.

We take the seafood and rest it on a crispy layer of queso asado, fresh made to order. If you’re a cheese lover then you’re going to absolutely love the wonderful smoky flavors this dairy goodness adds. It’s made with three cheeses and sauteed until golden brown.
Next, we crown the mound of spicy seafood with a sweet mango relish to give it a sweet dimension of flavors. Afterwards, we finish it off with a rich avocado aioli to help round out the experience.
Together these fine ingredients come together to create a delicious, mouth-watering union unlike anything you have ever had. The spiciness of the shrimp coupled with the smoky crisp layer of cheese is already phenomenal, but because it’s served on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla, it definitely takes it to another higher level.
